Transforming cell therapy barriers into possibilities.
PAGONA Health was founded to bring the benefits of cell therapy to the patients who need it, wherever they are treated.
Democratize access to cell therapy.
Cell therapies are among the most effective treatments ever developed for certain cancers, and they are extending to more diseases every year. Yet most eligible patients never receive one. The therapies exist; the capacity to deliver them does not, outside a small number of academic centers. PAGONA Health exists to change that, by making it practical for sponsors to reach more sites and for health systems to become capable ones.
Built inside one of the world's leading cell therapy centers.
PAGONA Health was built at Moffitt Cancer Center, drawing on the people who developed and operate one of the highest-volume cell therapy programs anywhere. Launched in January 2025, PAGONA brings that operating experience to sponsors and providers across the country. What we know, we learned by doing it: running trials, opening units, onboarding products, negotiating with payers, and caring for patients through the hardest days of treatment.
Four commitments.
Operators first
We have run cell therapy programs, so we design solutions that survive contact with a real hospital.
Integrated by design
One team from readiness through commercialization. No handoffs, no vendor sprawl.
Measured by access
The metric that matters is how many patients get treated, how quickly, and how well.
Honest about the work
Cell therapy is hard. We tell partners what it will take before they commit, and we stay with them through the build.
Small, senior, and hands-on.
We are a small, senior team of cell therapy operators, clinicians, and business leaders who worked together at Moffitt Cancer Center, supported by advisors from the same program. Every engagement is led by someone who has done the work before. We keep the team small on purpose: you get the people who built the approach, not a bench of junior staff learning it on your project.
Work with us.
We are growing our team and our partner network. If you are a sponsor, a health system, or an experienced cell therapy operator who wants to widen access, we would like to hear from you.
